Marlfield House

In July I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Katie and Eoin, whose ceremony and wedding were charming and delightful. The entire wedding, set at the beautiful Marlfield House, exuded elegance and happiness. My personal favorite moment was seeing the bride’s mother walk her down the aisle. Katie couldn’t stop smiling as she walked past her friends and family, and that smile was only doubled when she and Eion met at the end of the aisle. The newly married couple walked back down the aisle with their adorable son, making a picturesque and very happy family.  At their reception, garden games and wandering peacocks added an element of whimsy and dun. Inside Marlfield House, complete with bright flowers and tall candelabras, it looked like a scene from a fairytale. Most fairytale-like of all, though, was Katie and Eoin as they entered to celebrate their marriage with all their loved ones. Judging by their bright smiles, it looks as though they’ll live happily ever after, as any fairytale couple should.
