Intimate Wedding At Newtown Castle

I was thrilled to pieces when I was requested by a couple to cover their wedding ceremony as a professional photographer. The couple was from United States and they had chosen Newtown Castle in Burren as the destination for their wedding. I had heard a lot about this beautiful castle and felt excited to get a chance to be a part of this romantic and intimate wedding event.

It was a sunny day on the day of the wedding and everyone seemed to be in a happy and relaxed mood. The fact that the couple had a very friendly nature helped in making the atmosphere light and very informal. It made my job easier as I did not have to work hard to capture not just the setting but also the true emotions and happiness of everyone around.

I clicked many photos of the bride as she was getting ready for the ceremony. She looked absolutely gorgeous in a white bridal gown having frills and laces at the bottom. She left everyone speechless with her beauty and elegance when she stepped down to enter the hall, holding a beautiful bouquet of roses in her hands.

I also clicked pictures of the groom as he was getting ready for the ceremony. He was cool and very relaxed and looked handsome wearing a formal coat suit. The boutonniere on his chest pocket not only looked stunning but also enhanced his personality greatly.

Newtown Castle provided a wonderful setting for a very romantic and unique wedding ceremony. It is a very high cylindrical tower type castle with a pyramid base. The wedding took place in the main hall if the 4 storey castle. The guests enjoyed the spectacular views not just inside this 16^th century castle but also of the surroundings.

I was more than happy to have the beautiful and scenic backdrop for many photos of the bride and the groom that I clicked on this day. The venue of the wedding, the main hall of the castle, was beautifully decorated with flowers. It looked absolutely magical with candle light providing the kind of elegance and charm that made this wedding ceremony very intimate and unique. All the guests were happy and enjoyed every single moment of this romantic wedding ceremony.

After the ceremony, We did some portraits of the couple outside the castle in the beautiful and very scenic surroundings.
